Lower level – physiological (food and water, breathing, sleeping, sex, homeostasis) and safety (personal and financial security, health and well-being, at last, safety net against accidents/illness and their adverse impacts), on the higher level are love and belongings (family, intimacy, live and friendship), esteem and self-actualization (the need for privacy, sense of humor, morality). Thus, if a kid goes at school hungry or sleepy, he or she will not be able to learn well.
Before I finish, I would like to note some events, which make the history of adult education and changed it. In 1848 Seneca Falls Conference was held, and in 1877 people met the end of Reconstruction. Then, in 1870-1880s there were some events that developed the system of education (for example, foundation of AFL (or American Federation of Labor) in 1886 and CLSC in 1878 (or Chautaqua Literary and Scientific Circle). In 18981 first student – woman got the right to study in the Brown University. Then some universities and colleges were opened. First World War and Second World War, acts and movements changed the system of education. In 1986 was signed a Higher Education Act and Desegregation report of Harvard was published in 1997. However, the educational system is developing even today.
In conclusion, I would like to mention that through the paper historical facts and changes were examined and discussed. In order to analyze and summarize all events that changed the adult education I tried to identify several concepts and ways of learning. At the same time, the paper contents comparisons, analyzing ideas and making hypothesis clear. The history of adult education depicts a significant diversity, a great change and various typologies. This are is specific and has an interdisciplinary character. Moreover, outside factors have influence on this sphere. However, I think, there is a theoretical and conceptual lack in the area of adult education.
Everything in our world is not totally perfect. The nature does mistakes which become the reason why organisms (of animals, plants and even human) mutate and develop in the wrong another way. A human does mistakes too. Times have changed. Further still, society has some problems in the area of the education. Although the educational system has developed and has been improved, there are serious problems in this field. The main problem is the difference between women education and men education. The importance of this paragraph in noting that the explosion of knowledge cannot enforce upon people the indigenous information sacrifice before the alternative proving of being efficient. The government and society has to pay an attention to the educational system and its problems. Such changes will help to humanity as a whole because children are our future, and it is even a duty for society to take care of every person who needs it. Children should have an ability to develop, gain knowledge and skills, study and work in team in order to avoid any rejections and bring use to the country in the future. The goals and aims of education are best summarized and noted in the UNICEF magazine introduction, 1994 The Progress of Nations. Cultural and social democracy and values should be respected and preserved on all educational forms and programs. The educational system as well as culture must be free from any discrimination and give same opportunities for everyone. In this way good life can be secured not only for the majority of the community, but to its minority too.
